How to Check Refund Status

1. Go to My Orders.

2. Open the returned order.

3. View refund status updates.

Refund Status Types

• Initiated — Refund has been processed by Shoekart.

• In Progress — Bank is processing the refund.

• Completed — Refund has been credited.

If Refund is Delayed

• Check your bank account or wallet again.

• Wait for standard processing time to complete.

• Contact Shoekart Support if it exceeds expected timelines.
