How to Return a Product?

Learn how to initiate a return for your Shoekart order in a simple way.

Steps to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your Shoekart account.

2. Go to My Orders.

3. Select the product you want to return.

4. Click on Return Item.

5. Select the reason for return.

6. Submit your return request.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition.

• Original packaging and tags must be intact.

• Return request must be within the eligible return window.

What Happens Next

• A pickup will be scheduled (if available).

• Or you may be asked to ship the product back.
