How to Cancel or Modify an Order?

Find out how to cancel or update your order before it is shipped.

Cancel an Order

1. Open My Orders in your Shoekart account.

2. Select the order you want to cancel.

3. Click Cancel Order.

4. Confirm your cancellation request.

Modify an Order

You may be able to update:

• Delivery address

• Contact details

• Size or variant

Note: Changes are only available before the order is packed or shipped.

Important Once an order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.
